Key Project Objectives:

  • Improvement of HIV case finding efficiency;
  • Provision of medical and social support for the purpose of prescribing HIV treatment;
  • Focal management of HIV cases for PLHIV aimed at developing adherence to treatment and retention on ART;
  • Continuous and flexible improvement of programs to cover those groups who need help but are unaware of their HIV status;
  • Expanding access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and Substitution maintenance therapy (SMT) among vulnerable groups;
  • Increasing capacity of the State Institution «Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine” in M&E area;
  • Identifying and addressing significant gaps in strategic information and improving the data collection process;
  • An in-depth study of key groups’ needs that traditionally rarely seek testing services.
