Project: Improving HIV Treatment Cascade for Key Populations through Differentiated Case Detection and Linkage to Care and Increased Capacity at Center for Public Health and Strategic Information in Ukraine

Key Project Objectives: 

  • Improvement of HIV case finding;  
  • Provision of support to improve linkage and retention in HIV care and treatment; 
  • Continuous and flexible improvement of programs to cover groups that need help but are unaware of their HIV status; 
  • Expanding access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and medically assisted therapy (MAT) among vulnerable population; 
  • Increasing capacity of the Ukrainian Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in monitoring, evaluation and strategic information; 
  • Identifying the most cost-effective ways to improve HIV prevention, case finding and provision of life-saving services.
