Our Principles

It is extremely important for the Alliance for Public Health that all our projects are implemented in compliance with the principles of humanity, impartiality, and unconditional respect for the people we help.

Unacceptable Behavior

We take all measures to prevent the abuse of power by employees of the Alliance or its partner organizations. The following are absolutely unacceptable in our work:

emotional or physical violence,
neglect or ignoring needs,
discrimination,
sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH), including according to the PSEAH Policy

Alliance has a zero-tolerance policy for the above-mentioned types of unacceptable behavior. This rule applies to all members of the governing bodies, employees, volunteers, consultants and partners. Any cases of such behavior will be investigated, and those responsible will be held accountable.

Feedback

We encourage clients of our projects to provide feedback on the quality of services and the behavior of our employees or partners. This helps us make our work better and safer.

Where to Report

If you have been affected by SEAH or other above-mentioned types of unacceptable behavior by an Alliance or partner organization employee, or have witnessed such behavior please report it to us through any of these channels:
